Stock System

Our bespoke internal stock system Bastion, gives us excellent control of the order process, generating a number of reports to highlight any potential problems on deliveries. In addition, for confidence and security, we can track every order on our databases, per Customer. This also allows us to produce statistics on delivery performance and monitor the service levels we provide.

Using serial number, part number and our own unique stock number system, all parts supplied by ICC can be tracked back to the original source of supply whether it is supplied from our own stock or if it is drop shipped from one of our approved suppliers.

Tracking

As soon as the product is received all tracking details of the shipment are sent to our logistics department and the relevant account manager will be informed of the details, i.e receivers name and location, your designated account manager will then inform you of these details either via e-mail or telephone, once again making your life that little bit easier.

Same Day Deliveries

At ICC not only do we use the worlds most reputable courier companies, which we review monthly for reliability and proffesionalism, but unlike many other companies we also have our own commericial fleet which enables us to deliver mission crtical deliveries, enabling us to GUARANTEE same day response. All of our vehicles are fitted with state of the art GPS systems to locate even the most hardest tofind address, this again means that we meet our delivery deadlines and ensure that your product arrives in the conditon that it leaves or warehouse.
