ICC believes that its success is due to its team, below are our heads of departments who make ICC the company it has evolved into.
Leon Wheeler - Managing Director
In 1993 Leon worked as sales director for one of Digital’s premier authorised resellers. In 1998 he founded ICC and has continued to push the company forward with innovation and technology. His knowledge within the industry is unsurpassed and this has allowed him to introduce new products and services to the companies portfolio,which in turn has increased the companies turnover by more than 500%. He continues to push the company forward working on the ethics of a total one stop solution.
Saul Britton - Sales Director
Saul joined ICC in 2001 and came from leading the sales team of one of the UK’s largest office equipment distribution companies. In his served time with ICC Saul has continued to increase sales and direct his team to increase it's client portfolio year on year. As the Sales Director of ICC, Saul is responsible for driving the sales organisation, maximising product sales, building long term relationships with key vendors.
Paul Vogel - Financial Director
Paul has worked for many large blue chip organisations for over 40 years. Originally from Holland, he brings experience in all sectors including manufacturing, retail and communications.
Tracy McConnell - Accounts Manager
Tracy originally came from Nat-West Bank working as an Account Manager, and now heads ICC ’s accounts dept, over-seeing the day to day companies transactions in both purchase ledger and sales ledger.
Paul Jackson - Contracts Manager
Paul rejoined ICC in 2008 after a brief spell with us in 1998. Since then, Paul has built up a wealth of experience in service management and I.T support and will use this experience to further improve ICC's support contract systems and procedures.
Clive Darrington - Service Manager
Clive joined ICC after working for over 25 years with Digital, Compaq, and Hewlett Packard. Clive controls our whole field service dept, overseeing all SLA’s and also keeps our engineering dept up to date with all the latest accreditations from manufacturers, Clive joined ICC as Service manager with a focus on the delivery of ICC maintenance services to existing and potential customers. Clive has expanded ICC’s services to support and define new business opportunities for the future.
Daniel Dawson - Business Development Manager
Daniel joined ICC early on in 2008, to broaden our product portfolio and to engage in emerging markets - looking at new areas to add to our product and services portfolio. Daniel's previous experience comes from 5 years working at one of the UK's leading I.T component distributors.
Mick Evers - Repair Centre Manager
Mick Joined ICC in 2008 and heads our new ISO9001: technical repair centre, Mick has been a repair centre manager for over 20 years bringing a wealth of experience, and continues to push our repair business concentrating on all new repair technologies available, so that we can offer our clients the total one stop solution that we strive to achieve.
Linda Harrison - Administration
Linda has worked with ICC since 1999 and deals with all the companies Admin dept liasing with directors on all aspects of the companies activities from the hardware sales dept to services sales.
Eddie Stanton - Warehouse Manager
Eddie leads our team of warehouse personnel with over 25 years experience within the warehousing sector dealing with all stock control systems, and implementing all procedures to meet with ISO9001 procedures.
Vanessa Harrison - Purchasing Manager
Vanessa Joined ICC in 2008 with the sole purpose of becoming our purchasing Manager, Vanessa sources product worldwide through our network of suppliers, ensuring that our consignment purchases are at the most cost effective price so that we in turn can offer our clients the best possible pricing on all of our inventory.
