Server and Printer Repairs

With a purpose built Repair Centre facility, embracing 5000 square feet of operating space incorporating full ESD control, housing a large selection of test/diagnostic equipment and fully manned by qualified bench engineers, ICC completes daily repairs to 'whole units' and 'piece parts' supporting whole platforms from the worlds largest manufacturers.

Board Level Repairs (PCB Repair)

In addition to the standard repair service ICC is pleased to offer board level repair (pcb repair) services. When a PCB fails it usually means a new one is required. A whole machine could be rendered useless if a replacement PCB cannot be sourced. There is, however, the possibility a PCB repair can solve the issue. Often, it is more economical to replace the faulty parts than to replace the entire board. Please contact our sales team for more details.

System and Network Configuration

ICC also configure complete systems, from workstations, to midrange and mainframe systems and networks to meet with specific customer requirements. Testing

The majority of second user parts supplied by us  are tested using manufacturers' diagnostic software and test rigs in our ISO registered workshop before being booked into stock or shipped out for orders.
